Reiki translates as Rei = Universal; and Ki = Life Force Energy. This energy is everywhere around us. It permeates our bodies and energy fields and connects everything. The Reiki Master focuses this gentle, loving energy to relax, align and balance your field. Your Higher Self directs it to where it can have the greatest healing effect in your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Reiki supports your body’s natural intelligence and inclination toward balance and harmony, and it is that balanced state that allows for the possibility of healing.

I offer in-person traditional Reiki sessions that may include other healing modalities that complement the energy flow. I also offer distance healing sessions and we will connect by phone prior to and after the session.

Spirit wishes for you to align more completely with a higher level of consciousness and your Soul’s purpose and joy. Everything is vibration - from the tiniest quark inside an atom of matter to the Universe itself - including sound. Different frequencies of sound vibrate at different speeds which interact with our body’s cells, tissues, organs, and systems in different ways. Sound waves affect not just our physical well-being but our entire energy field.

The body’s natural state is one of vibrational coherence and balance. Dis-ease can arise when the body experiences vibrational discord. The aim of Sound Healing is to restore vibrational coherence using musical instruments and intention. Resonant sound can stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms, calm the mind to allow focus and clarity, reduce emotional stress, and provide a deeper spiritual connection to your inner Self and higher Consciousness.
