Welcome to Key of Light Energy Healing. By booking a session, using this website, or receiving services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure clarity, safety, and a supportive healing environment.

1. Nature of Services

Key of Light Energy Healing provides Reiki and energy‑healing services intended to support relaxation, emotional balance, and overall well‑being.

  • Reiki is a complementary healing modality.

  • It is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

  • We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

  • Clients should continue to seek appropriate care from licensed professionals as needed.

2. Client Responsibility

By participating in a session, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well‑being.

  • You will communicate any concerns, sensitivities, or relevant health information before your session.

  • You will consult a licensed medical or mental‑health provider for any conditions requiring professional care.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

To honor both your time and ours:

  • Sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client.

4. Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or at the session.

  • All sales are final. Refunds are not offered once a session has been completed.

  • Packages, gift certificates, or prepaid sessions are non‑refundable but may be transferred to another person with permission.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions or through this website is kept confidential.

For SMS communications, privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy and includes the following carrier‑required language:

  • “All sharing mentioned in this policy excludes mobile opt‑in and consent; opt‑in information is never shared with anyone for any purpose.”

  • Results vary and are not guaranteed.

8. Ethical Practice

Key of Light Energy Healing adheres to high standards of professionalism, including:

  • Respectful, compassionate, and non‑judgmental care

  • Maintaining appropriate boundaries

  • Providing a safe and peaceful environment

  • Upholding client confidentiality

Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disrespect toward the practitioner will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

  • Use booking or contact forms for spam or solicitation

Messaging Details
1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' or ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' or ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at kathryn@keyoflightenergyhealing.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
