About Me

I first learned about Reiki in 2008 and was immediately drawn to the idea of energy flowing through a practitioner’s hands to help others on a healing journey. I believe that felt familiar to me because I did that naturally when I was younger. I’ve since learned that I’ve been a healer in some form in many lifetimes. When I experienced my first Reiki session, I felt the energy begin to release what had been ‘stuck’ since childhood - patterns of thinking, unprocessed emotions, and physical dis-ease.

I’ve continued with Reiki sessions and my own healing journey since then. It has at times been difficult and at times delightful. I wanted to share Reiki with others by becoming a Reiki Master and I was trained and certified by a wonderful teacher. It was from her that I learned that Reiki is not just a path to healing but a path to enlightenment and joy.

Along this path, I experienced my intuition and connection to Spirit grow increasingly stronger. I doubted this opening awareness at first - my world was cerebral and logical - but learning to trust it changed me and I began to see how that changed the world around me as well. I began using tarot cards as a tool to tap into that intuitive awareness to help others on their path to alignment.

I became aware of Sound Healing as a practice just a few years ago. Music has always been a part of my life and I have been sensitive to sound for as long as I can remember. Learning how sound and vibration can be used to enhance well-being felt like a natural next step for me. I’m excited to be adding this to my practice soon!
